Manufactured in the United States, walnuts pass through several sorting processes, but sometimes impurities like shells and partitions can remain. To respond to this issue, our subsidiary in China, Yanji Shoei Foods, conducts automated sorting by laser and X-ray sorters as well as visual inspections under stationary conditions when processing our "specially selected walnuts", completely eliminating impurities. Our affiliated plant in Japan also manufactures roasted products with these specially selected walnuts.
