Kyo Marron Co., Ltd. Amakusa Plant
Business began in 1960 as Taiyo Foods Co., Ltd. Amakusa Plant. The company continued business as Sanei Foods Co., Ltd., a company established in 1977, through joint investment by ShoEi Foods Corporation and two other companies, and was merged in Oct.1998 with affiliate Kyo Marron Co., Ltd. The company has since served as Kyo Marron Amakusa Plant.
The plant manufactures a wide range of products such as chestnut paste and chestnuts compote, as well as packaged prunes and various desserts.
Just like the Mitsukaido Plant, all lines will be ISO22000/FSSC22000 certified in September 2023, and we are actively working to manufacture safe and secure products with an even greater emphasis on quality control.
