The company began operations in August 1974 as a subsidiary of ShoEi Foods Corporation and produces many of the key products sold by ShoEi Foods Corporation. The company manufactures chestnut products, including Marron glacé, which has been a favorite of our customers for many years, as well as raw ingredients for confectionery and baking made from selected and processed dried fruits and nuts, and processed fruit products such as fillings, sauces, and jellies.
In July 2023, the company obtained the ISO 22000/FSSC 22000 certification for all production lines, and it is actively committed to manufacturing safe and reliable products with an even greater emphasis on quality control.
